Monsoon Malabar

Monsoon Malabar is one of the highest grade exotic specialty coffee of India. It is the only monsooned coffee in the world. They are produced by the processing called `Monsooning'. In this process coffee cherries are selected, sun dried, cured and stored in a well ventilated warehouse where they get exposed to moisture ladden salty winds of monsoon during monsoon season. After several months of such exposure, the beans absorb moisture and swell to about twice of their normal size, loses acidity, turning pale - golden colour. This produces unique flavour profile with medium bodied smooth coffee with no bitterness, a round clean finish with a mild mellow sweetish taste.

Mysore Nuggets

Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold (MNEB) is the highest grade of Indian specialty coffee. This wonderful and exotic coffee is prepared from wet processed arabica (AAA grade) grown in the region of western ghats of India. The beans are very large, uniformly bluish-green in colour with virtual absence of visual defects linked to 'Nuggets of Gold' with clean and polished appearance. In a cup, it exhibits full, intense and sweetish aroma, medium to good body, good acidity and fruity flavour with hints of spices, chocolate and vanilla.
